1. very little Italian...essential phrases that mostly come from, well, phrase books.
2. always have tissues in your purse because about 75% of public restrooms have no toilet paper.
3. as much as i wanted to get away from it, i've learned that i really do like home. home as in lansdale, 212, philly, pa...that general vicinity. and my independence is actually quite fleeting.
